Meet Our Previous Scholarship Winners

2021 Winner

Brittney

Sahana is a freshman at Northwestern University. She increases diversity in STEM through her work on Crimson Classroom a program that she created to bring robotics into K-12 classrooms and a non-profit she created, Computer Science for Kids, to teach students about programming, cybersecurity, and presentation skills.

Sahana is a freshman at Northwestern University. She increases diversity in STEM through her work on Crimson Classroom a program that she created to bring robotics into K-12 classrooms and a non-profit she created, Computer Science for Kids, to teach students about programming, cybersecurity, and presentation skills.

Brittney is a senior at New Rochelle High School who created the New Rochelle United Science Exploration mentoring program. This program paired students with mentors and challenged them to create a STEM-based project.  At the end of the summer, the students were given the opportunity to present their projects at a science fair.

She started her own

chapter of the American Computer

Science League and founded Bebras Challenge Materials which teaches students computational thinking. She was on the FIRST Tech Challenge team 3415 Lancers. Dina attends Cornell University.
